This site is a professional portfolio. Its purpose is to present the operator's experience, certifications, services, and engagement history, and to receive inbound professional inquiries.

Information published here is intended for evaluation by prospective clients, employers, and collaborators. It is not legal, financial, or investment advice, and it does not establish a consulting or fiduciary relationship until a written engagement is signed by both parties.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to the site or these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hidalgo County, Texas, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be reformed to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving the parties' original intent.
